Phew - its a good thing I finished the last comic so early and was able to get a head start on this one, because I barely got any drawing done this weekend. Too busy getting drunk and playing splinter cell with Andrew. As it is, I ended up taking a shortcut in the fourth panel and just copied the third one instead of redrawing everyone like I intended to.
Still, it turned out alright to my eyes. I've never been good at drawing women - I suspect it's because I'm no good at drawing faces. I've been told that I need to put more expressions on the characters. I'm working on it, I just have a tendancy to draw things small which doesn't leave much room for detail.
...actually thats probably why I draw things small.
I'm working up putting a cast page, that way I can explain who some of the characters are - I'm pretty sure no one knows who Az is for example. I'll probably just write up the cast details and ask Pluto to make the extra page and screw with the other code though, I'm pretty lazy.
Anyway, back to drawing Thursday's comic. Not long left in the Gavin/Helen story arc now.
